although it is a great story i think it should not be allowed to be
commercialized- it is kinda a thing thats spurr of the moment. Its never exacly
the same which is cool. it is also a way to tell the older fans fronm the new.
once it is out for sale it will be a known thing rather than just kept with in
the phish family:) just my opinion but who really cares?:) feeel free to cut it
up:)
"was it for this my life i sought?"

I couldn't agree more. There is nothing that gets on my tits more than making
(what I consider to be) a generous offer, and asking that people include
an SASE along with their blanks, only to have them send me blanks and a couple
of bucks cash. It is WAY easier and faster to just dub them and stick them in
the mailbox on the ol' front porch. Usually when people send me cash instead
it takes me twice as long to get around to dragging my lazy, flabby ass to the
P.O. So, for all of you out there who regularly take people up on generous
tape offers, SASE means SASE.

I have tons of Dead and quite a few Phish gems. If you are interested, please
reply and list your top 2 or 3 Dead gems and your top 2 or 3 Phish gems
and I will do likewise.
We then can set up a Dead/Phish killer trade !!! (2-4 tape trade)
When I say gem -- I mean kick ass high quality (sound and show combined).
See ya

Just a note of clarification, I _believe_ (though I'm not absoutely positive)
that the relaxation of search and seizure laws in this piece of legislation
will extend only to Federal Agents investigating Federal crimes. While I
still think its a terrible idea, it only applies to a very small percentage
of crimes & criminals.

Actually, she's Dave's mom ("looks too much like Dave"); and Elihu (from
Sample) is her husband / his father; but Tom wrote the song.

This, actually, was posted as a joke by John Paluska, Phish's manager,
from an incognito account. It's not true. I remember reading it and
flaming the author for besmirching Marley's good name...little knowing
that I was soon to be employed by said author. So - be careful who
you flame!

Yeah, I think it was in there. I didn't catch it but a buddy of mine at the
show said he heard it. I haven't listened to the tapes much yet.
